How to Enjoy
TUDCA Max Take one capsule twice daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For optimal absorption, take with a meal that includes healthy fats. Since the ingredients in TUDCA Max support cellular energy production, it’s recommended to take it before 4pm to avoid interrupting your sleep routine.
NanoGlut+B Take 4mL (approximately eight pumps) once daily or 2mL (approximately four pumps) twice daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, hold under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing.
